Interfaith & Cross Cultural Forums

Periodically throughout the year, ONEJAX conducts programs and events designed to bring people with different religious and cultural backgrounds together for shared experiences.

Programs & Events include:

Curious Youth—Many Faiths United Together - This program is led by our Board Members Rabbi Holly Cohn and Parvez Ahmed, along with leaders from St. Johns Episcopal Cathedral, Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church and St. Stephens AME. The program provides a safe and honest place for teens from different religious congregations to interact and learn from each other about their faiths.

Annual "Oneness of Humanity" Celebration - Created to honor the memory of longtime supporter and Board Chair, Dr. Duane Dumbleton, this event provides an opportunity for people of different faiths to explore commonalities and spiritual differences in an open and safe environment. Noteworthy and nationally-known keynote speakers will address topical subjects of interest and importance. To receive information about this event, click here.

Interfaith Dialogues - These informal discussions among people of different faiths and religious backgrounds will be held at different houses of worship throughout the community on a periodic basis. To receive information about scheduled Dialogues, click here.

Interfaith Thanksgiving Gratitude Service - An annual tradition of Thanksgiving by a diverse group of religions in one service. To receive information about this year's Service, click here.
